Corona cases are on the rise in Punjab: Sara Aslam

Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care Punjab Sara Aslam said that cases of corona virus are increasing in Punjab; citizens should ensure implementation of SOPs on Eid-ul-Adha. Sarah Aslam said in a statement that people above 18 years of age must be vaccinated. 118 mobile vaccination camps have been set up in Punjab’s cattle markets. He said that 415 more cases of corona virus have been reported in Punjab, the number of active cases of corona virus in Punjab has reached 9,547, 17,684 tests of corona virus were conducted in 24 hours while 59,030,000 cases of corona virus have been reported in Punjab so far. 174 tests have been done.

Secretary Sarah Aslam said that 246 cases of corona virus have been reported from Lahore and 69 from Rawalpindi in 24 hours. According to Sarah Aslam, 16 cases of corona virus have been reported from Faisalabad 16, Multan 13, Sialkot 9 and Bahawalpur. He said that the rate of positive cases of coronavirus in Punjab was recorded at 2.3 yesterday. Secretary Sarah Aslam said that the rate of positive cases of coronavirus was 3.6 in Lahore, 2.0 in Faisalabad, 1.1 in Bahawalpur and 1.4 in Multan. According to Secretary Sarah Aslam, 352,832 people have been vaccinated against corona in 24 hours, while the number of vaccines administered in 24 hours is the highest ever. He said that 1,19,48,015 people have been vaccinated in Punjab.
